(a) To issue a writ of Mandamus or any other writ or writs direction or directions commanding upon the respondent authorities for quashing the order dated 30.06.2021 passed by the District Magistrate, Gaya (Respondent No. 4) in Anganbari Appeal Case No. 34 of 2018 (contained in Anexure-4) whereby and whereunder the order dated
Patna High Court CWJC No.19800 of 2021(2) dt.21-03-2024 2/2 18.08.2018 passed in Anganbari Case No.142 of 2018 by the District Programme Officer (I.C.D.S.) Gaya has been quashed and petitioner has been removed from the post of Anganbari Sevika of Ward no.6 Village-Pathak Gorail Gram Panchayat Raj Erki, Block Mohanpur, District-Gaya and it has further been ordered for selection of respondent no. 7 for the said post through fresh selection."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the Ld. Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
