JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 7.9.2017, seeks bail in Civil Lines PS Case No. 309 of 2017 (Sessions Trial No. 6 of 2018/21 of 2018) registered under Sections 395 and 412 of the IPC. The allegation in brief is that some miscreants on the point of pistol looted cash, jewelry and other items. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, even he was not identified in TIP, there is no other material against him except disclosure of his name in the confessional statement of co-accused Gurucharan Chouhan, who too has been admitted to bail by this court, more over the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Mantu Yadav @ Satrughan Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge, VIIIth, Gaya in connection with Civil Lines PS Case No. 309 of 2017 (Sessions Trial No. 6 of 2018/21 of 2018).
