2. On 13.12.2013, the Court had recorded the following order:

"This application will be heard.

The Bench hearing the matter may take into consideration whether this writ application is maintainable at all in the very first place and whether repeated writ applications can be entertained when earlier writ application had been dismissed without any liberty to approach the Court again.

If the petitioner fails to provide any precedent in this regard, there could be an occasion to even impose cost upon the petitioner for wasting valuable
