The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 376, 341, 323, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the petitioner had established physical relationship with the victim.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 4.7.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. On assurance of marriage, physical relationship was established between the petitioner and the victim. Physical relationship was consented one. Later on, it is alleged that the petitioner declined to get married to the victim. Hence the present case has been

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Buxar in connection with Buxar (Mahila) P.S. case No.30 of 2019.
