JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 12-04-2022 Mr. Shailendra Kumar, the learned APP has pointed out that petitioner Ashok Kumar has concealed his criminal antecedents in paragraph no.3 of the bail petition. As per paragraph no.26 of the case diary, he is also accused in Danapur P.S.Case No.292 of 2016 registered on 17.07.2016 under Sections 467, 468 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. As the petitioner has concealed his criminal antecedents, he does not deserve the privilege of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, his anticipatory bail petition is rejected. The Registrar General is directed to conduct an inquiry in this regard and take appropriate action against the person(s) found guilty in the inquiry.
