2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 334 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner was caught red handed while committing a loot. He is in jail since 02.05.2024 and has criminal antecedents also.

4. From his confessional statement, it appears that he is member of a dreaded criminal gang.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to

6. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
