Petitioners have prayed for quashing the advertisement issued vide memo no. 52 dated 13.3.2013, Annexure 8. It is submitted by counsel for the petitioners that the instant writ petition is covered by the order dated 25.3.2014 as modified by order dated 14.5.2014, passed in C.W.J.C.No. 1807 of 2014. He submits that since by the said orders, the matter has been left to be decided by the District Magistrate, East
Patna High Court CWJC No.7308 of 2013 (19) dt.21-02-2018 Champaran(respondent no. 4), the instant writ petition may also be disposed of in terms of the orders and directions passed in favour of the writ petitioners of C.W.J.C.No. 1807 of 2014. Needless to say that respondent no.4 would be obliged to consider the case of the petitioners in accordance with law and in terms of order passed in C.W.J.C.No. 1807 of 2014, provided their cases are also on similar footing.
The writ petition is thus disposed of.
