The petitioner is accused in connection with S. Tr. No. 179 of 2014 arising out of Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 438 of 2013 registered under Sections 224, 225, 353, 307 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4/5 of the Explosive Substance Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear form the F.I.R. that this petitioner and one Devanand Rai was apprehended by the police on chase but nothing incriminating articles have been recovered from their possession. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that

No.48734 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 similarly situated co-accused, Devanad Rai has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court vide order dated 13.08.2014 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 30806 of 2014. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 16.07.2013. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-I, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with S. Tr. No. 179 of 2014 arising out of Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 438 of 2013.
