The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 119/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act and Section 3(1)(x) of the SC/ST Act.

There is allegation that the petitioners and other accused persons eve-teased the girls in the Dinabhadri fair. It is submitted that no specific allegation is made against the petitioners. Petitioners have falsely been implicated in the case and they have got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegations

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39048 of 2015 (3) dt.26-11-2015 2/2 made against the petitioners, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 119/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
