The present application has been filed for extending the date for surrender as granted by the order dated 20.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.35512 of 2014 by a further period of four weeks. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners could not surrender within the time of four weeks granted by the aforesaid order on account of serious illness of petitioner No.2, who is the wife of petitioner No.1. In the above circumstances, the time for surrender as granted in the order dated 20.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.35512 of 2014 is extended by a further period of four weeks from today. The said order shall stand modified to the above extent.
