This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 461, 379 and 411 of the Penal Code. It is submitted that the petitioner is in jail since 12.12.2015 and has got no criminal antecedent. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Imadpur P.S. Case No. 52 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri Siddarth Pandeyl Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhojpur at Ara. (Gopal Prasad, J) SA/- U √ T √
