The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.91 of 2021 instituted under Sections 354(c),354(J),504, 506 of the IPC and under Section 66(C),67 of Immoral Traffic Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is of creating ID account of the victim girl, a minor and posting morphed photo of her with slang languages which completely lowered her prestige in the society not only that the viral photo are being sent to her father, brother and family members, fed up with the said attitude of the petitioner, the FIR was lodged.
