2. Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Chandi P.S.Cas No.202/2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the allegation made in the FIR, the accused persons including the petitioner in a planned manner had assaulted the brother of the informant and he died in course of his treatment.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that there is dispute relating to the land between the parties and the allegation levelled against the petitioner is false and fabricated. The brother of the informant had died natural death.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.

6. Having considered the rival submissions made on behalf of the parties, as well as, considering the nature of allegation made in the FIR against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on pre-arrest bail.

7. Accordingly, the prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
