JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 12-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and State. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Samastipur (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 241 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 363 and 364 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 29.05.2019.

Referring to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. he submits that the victim in her statement has not mentioned the involvement of the petitioners. The petitioners are son and mother.

Case No. 241 of 2019.
