Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Bhojpur Town PS Case No. 426 of 2017 registered under Sections 326, 307/34 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The allegation in brief is that the petitioner shot at the informant while he was purchasing fruit in the market causing injury in his abdomen.
Submission is that in fact the informant was accused in the murder case of the petitioner's brother, therefore, falsely implicated him to put pressure to enter into compromise in that case. Learned Counsel for the State submits that in retaliation this offence was committed and the allegation is specific against the pertitioner.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused. Snkumar/- (Arun Kumar, J.) U T
