This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 419, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 3 and 10 of the Bihar Conduct of Examination Act, 1981.
Allegation, in brief, is that one Deepak Kumar was helping the petitioner in giving answers of the written examination.
Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 23.10.2017 and the police has submitted charge sheet. Having considered the facts and circumstances, aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Warisnagar (Mathurapur OP) P.S. Case No. 243 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur. (Arun Kumar, J) SA/- U
