The petitioner has been in custody since 01.09.2016 in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No. 111/2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395/397 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been named in this case on the basis of a confessional statement made before the police which has no evidentiary value. It is further submitted that, till date, though chargesheet has been submitted, the petitioner has not been placed on T.I. Parade and there is no recovery from his possession. Considering the aforementioned facts and

No.19295 of 2018 (3) dt.01-05-2018 2/2 circumstances and there being no further material in the case diary, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 10th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No. 111/2015.
