JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 16.11.2011 passed in Complaint case No.104 of 2011, by the District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority, Darbhanga, which is under challenge, in this writ application. Permission is accorded.
