Petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail, as earlier bail application filed before the Court was rejected vide order dated 20.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43191 of 2017 with an observation to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge and now charge has been framed. So, the petitioner namely Shankar Kumar is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (N.D.P.S.), Patna in connection with Spl. Case No. 59 of 2017 arising out of Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 110 of 2017, with condition that one of the bailors must be his close family member. Petitioner shall remain physically present on each and every date
