The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Fulwaria P.S. Case No. 51 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no case has been made out under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioner as admittedly, the dispute arose on account of land dispute.

Considering the allegation made in the FIR and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47937 of 2014 (3) dt.08-09-2015 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Fulwaria P.S. Case No. 51 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C.
