Having regard to the fact that the petitioner faces direct allegation of assaulting the informant under Sections 147, 146, 149, 307, 323, 324, 341, 504 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and that there is an injury though simple in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, That being so, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected, but nothing said in this order however shall prejudice the petitioner in surrendering and praying for regular bail.
