JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-05-2016 The petitioner was granted bail in Cr.Misc.No.40466 of 2015 dated 13.10.2015 with a direction to deposit 20% of the amount in question. The total amount which comes to Rs.16 lacks and odd, out of the said amount, the petitioner had deposited only two lacks and for the rest amount further time of four months may be granted with undertaking that he will deposit the entire balance amount.

On behalf of the Opposite Party No.2, it has been submitted that very small amount has been deposited by the petitioner, hence no extension of further time be granted to him. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as a last chance time is extended by another four months from the date of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12414 of 2016 (2) dt.03-05-2016 receipt/production of a copy of this order where the petitioner shall deposit the entire amount, failing which, no further time shall be granted to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid direction and the observations, the present application for modification is disposed of as indicated above.
