2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of regular bail granted to O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 27.07.2021 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Cr. Misc. No. 4020 of 2021 in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 209 of 2020.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this
