Petitioner along with Sanjay Kumar Sahani and Ramesh Sahani have been named by Devendra Sahni, who was arrested by the police, while indulging in taking out cash from ATM Machine through fraudulent activity. Devendra Kumar Sahni had already been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No.42100 of 2017.

Accordingly, petitioner, Ranjeet Sahani @ Ranjeet Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial
