Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed modification application for modification in order dated 11.10.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.45653 of 2017 with Cr. Misc. No.46703 of 2017, which shows that petitioner Sharfe Alam set on fire the deceased due to which the deceased received injuries and when her family members came to save her they also received injuries.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no such allegation that the petitioner set her on fire.. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the same, the petitioner Sharfe Alam is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail before the learned trial court for bail, who will examine this aspect

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56058 of 2017 (3) dt.22-11-2017 2/2 of the matter along with the other materials available on the record and will pass appropriate order without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
