Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) PS Case No.99 of 2016 registered under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that the niece of the informant had gone to Barat of his brother, she was sleeping at the house of the bride and became traceless, later on her dead body was found thrown in a field.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR is against unknown, in the entire investigation, there is no evidence against the petitioner showing his involvement except raising suspicion against him and two others and the petitioner is in custody since 23.01.2018.

No.19660 of 2018(3) dt.21-06-2018 2/2 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Jailal Sahani is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-VI, Bettiah in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) PS Case No.99 of 2016 with following conditions:
(1) One of the bailors must be the close family member of the petitioner.
(2) The petitioner shall remain physically present on each and every date before the trial court and if he absents himself on two consecutive dates without any reasonable cause, his bail bond shall liable to be cancelled.
