This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are in judicial custody since 14.01.2016 having no criminal antecedent, the petitioners, above named, are ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Sikta P.S.
