Petitioner is an accused in a case registered for offence under sections 384, 386, 387, 504, 506, 509, 431, 427, 436, 447, 461, 120B IPC and 27 Arms Act and section 17 of the Cr.L.A.Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner along with 15 other persons have been implicated in this case. He submits that the allegations are false against the petitioner who has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 5.1.2018. Similarly situated co-accused Vikash @ Vikash Kumar has already been granted bail vide order dated 8.3.2018, passed in Cr Misc No. 13778 of 2018.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19583 of 2018 (3) dt.21-05-2018 2/2 released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Tekari (Mau) Police Station Case No. 407 of 2017 (GR No.6665/2017) on the following conditions:- (a) One of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner.
(b) He/she will be well represented on each date and if he/she fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his/her bail will be liable to be cancelled.
