The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Bishambharpur P.S. Case No. 36 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 353, 427, 500, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case as they had insisted for issuance of appointment letter since she was working as an Asha Workers since past two years. Considering the nature of allegation and fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from the date of

No.48992 of 2014 (2) dt.23-04-2015 receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gopalganj in connection with Bishambharpur P.S. Case No. 36 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
