2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Madhwapur P.S. Case No. 56 of 2012 for the offences alleged under Sections 448, 341, 323, 376, 313 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code which was earlier dismissed as withdrawn by order dated 16.10.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 24311 of 2014.
