The petitioner is accused in connection with Maner P.S. Case No.174 of 2014 registered under Sections 366A/34 the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(x) of the S.C./S.T. Act. The allegation of informant Budheshwar Urao is that he used to work at brick kiln at A.B.M. Sherpur with his family members. Accused Nirmal Kumar, being a driver in the same brick kiln, kidnapped her daughter Punam Kumari aged about 14 years. It is further alleged that accused persons have kept his daughter in their custody for the purpose of marriage and during the course of search, petitioners threatened the informant to kill

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that accused Nirmal Kumar is a family member of petitioners, due to that reason they have been implicated in this case. Moreover, the victim Punam Kumari, daughter of the informant, recorded her statement under Section 164 Cr. P.C., in which she has stated about her moving with Nirmal Kumar and also she has not stated anything against the petitioners, which would appear from Annexure-IV of the this application, Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Danapur in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 174 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
