JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-06-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 16.11.2017, seeks bail in Jandaha PS Case No. 200 of 2017 registered under Sections 363 and 365 of the IPC.
The allegation in brief is that the informant's daughter was enticed away by some unknown persons, later on the girl was recovered and made statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the girl herself stated that she eloped with Kajal Kumari and she has given statement that she herself left the house, her medical was not done during investigation and the girl is major.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Deepak Sahni is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM XI, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha PS Case No. 200 of 2017.
