The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 373 of the Indian Penal Code and 47A of the Excise Act. The prosecution case is that from motorcycle 40 sachets each containing 200 ml. country made liquor were recovered. Subsequently, the motorcycle was found to be registered in the name of the petitioner.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the seizure was not made from the petitioner. Considering the quantity of seizure and statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned

No.41271 of 2015 (2) dt.08-10-2015 court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Amba P.S.
