The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. As per the F.I.R., on 01.09.2021, the daughter of the informant became traceless. The informant suspects that this petitioner has kidnapped her minor daughter, as in the past also, the petitioner committed same offence and was caught by informant, but due to intervention of wife of petitioner, the matter was pacified. The girl is still traceless. Considering the nature of accusation and the fact that victim girl has not been recovered till date, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly, same is rejected.
