The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Balia P.S. Case No. 349 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per allegation, some unknown persons snatched rupees 23,000/- from possession of the informant and they also snatched a mobile set from Sujeet Kumar who was with the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. He is a person of clean antecedent. During investigation the only thing

He has further submitted that similar allegation was there against co-accused Prince Kumar who has been granted anticipatory bail by the coordinate Bench in Cr. Misc No. 39309 of 2021.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Balia P.S. Case No. 349 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
