Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2017 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 307, 504, and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act in connection with K. Nagar (Maranga) P.S. Case No. 448 of 2017, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Fast Track Court -2, Purnea, in connection with K. Nagar (Maranga) P.S. Case No. 448 of of 2017, arising out Sessions Trial No. 35 of 2018 on the condition that bailors should be family members of the petitioner and the petitioner will extend full cooperation in the conclusion of trial.
