This is a case registered under Sections 341,323,324,326,307,120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is submitted by the petitioner's counsel that the petitioner having no criminal antecedent has falsely been implicated in this case. He submits that he has family relation with the injured and that the threat upon life to the victim has been made by other coaccused namely, Ritesh Dubey and Shaju Kumar against whom there is specific allegation made in the FIR. Other than the suspicion there is nothing on record to implicate the petitioner in the instant case. He is in custody since. 22.11.2017. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 264 of 2017 subject to the conditions :

(i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the Petitioner.

(ii) That the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
