The application raises a grievance that the order dated 26.11.2012 passed in CWJC No. 16076 of 2012 (Annexure-1) has not been complied with by the opposite parties.

A show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party nos. 2 and 3 wherein it has been stated that a cheque bearing no. 245564 dated 26.06.2013 in the sum of Rs. 151495/- has been issued in favour of the petitioner which was also handed over to him. The same was for payment of compensation to the petitioner.

Having regard to the aforesaid, in my view, the

Patna High Court MJC No.2898 of 2013 (2) dt.29-04-2015 2 / 2 order passed by this Court appears to have been fully complied with. The contempt application is dismissed. (Kishore Kumar Mandal, J) HR/- U
