The petitioner seeks to declaration to reconstitute Panchayat Karji from Panchayat Karjaon in the district of Kaimur. Meaning thereby the petitioner seeks a reconstitution of the Panchayat(s). The remedy for the petitioner for the purpose lies before the prescribed authority under the Gram Panchayat Raj Act and not in writ petition which is accordingly disposed of.
