Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 386, 307 and some other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 27 of Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, at the instance of this petitioner other accused persons demanded Rangdari from the informant.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. It is submitted that there is no allegation of any specific overt act against this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 12.09.2021 and investigation in this case is complete. No.66977 of 2021(2) dt.28-02-2022 2/2 informant opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that at the instance of this petitioner the occurrence took place in which one Arvind Kumar sustained fire arm injuries. Considering the facts of the case and the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Dumraon PS case No. 370/2021.
