=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 29-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the Respondents. In terms of order dated 17th May 2010 passed in CWJC No. 8655 of 2010 petitioner claimed GPF, Group insurance, pensionary benefit as also ACP.

Taking note of the order, the O.P. gave all other benefits to the petitioner, except monetary benefit in terms of ACP, which is under consideration.

Counsel for the State submits that save and except ACP, all other dues have been paid and assures that the ACP will be paid in near future. This Court trusts and believes that the authority will pay the

Patna High Court MJC No.2595 of 2013 dt.29-04-2015 2/2 monetary benefit, arising out of ACP within 60 days from to-day. If they will fail to do so, petitioner will have liberty to file a simple application for revival of the contempt application.
