2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No. 40 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-AA), 26(1), 26(2) of the Arms Act.

3. From the recovery, it appears that the petitioner has been running a manufacturing unit of illegal arms and is in jail since 27.03.2024.

4. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. During investigation sufficient materials have come to connect the petitioner with the crime.

6. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61373 of 2024(4) dt.20-11-2024 2/2 petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
