The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 139 of 2021 registered under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Further he submits that from perusal of seizure list, it appears that the alleged foreign liquor has been recovered from Ramai Ram. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.67230 of 2021(2) dt.01-02-2022 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Act, Muzaffarpur in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 139 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
