Petitioner is in custody in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 249 of 2017 for the offence under sections 302, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. His name surfaced on the confessional statement of one Anupam Kumar.

Learned counsel submits that petitioner is 82 years old and there is absolutely no motive to commit any crime. The only material against this petitioner is that the motorcycle of the deceased was found in the house of the petitioner. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is 82 years old, let the petitioner, named

No.22381 of 2018(3) dt.17-05-2018 2/2 above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Madhepura, in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 249 of 2017 on the condition that bailors should be family members of the petitioner.
