2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 406, 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 95 of

3. The petitioner being the Director of RIGGLO Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Company is alleged to have taken Rs.1,00,000/- from 10-15 persons in the name of installation of smart meters, and after being recruited they were deputed at different locations for installation thereof after their training. It is further alleged that the petitioner gave false bank cheques of

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case for extracting money from him.

5. As per allegation, the petitioner cheated the informant and he issued forged cheque to him.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him the privilege of anticipatory bail, which is hereby rejected.
