2. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 11 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 29.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 74174 of 2023.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other co-accused have looted the motorcycle.

5. The trial has already started and two witnesses have been examined.

6. In view of the gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

8. The Court below is directed to conclude the trial at the earliest.
