The petitioner is in custody since 25.08.2017 in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 176 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 25(1-b) a, 26/35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has remained in custody for nearly 4 1⁄2 months.
Considering the fact that only one live cartridge was recovered and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, as per statement made on affidavit in para 3 of the petition, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand)
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63495 of 2017 (2) dt.10-01-2018 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Amas P.S. case no. 176 of 2017 with the condition that the bailors would be the family members of the petitioner.
