Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Name of the petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused-Md. Abbas. In whose presence, liquor was recovered. Petitioner has got identical criminal antecedent.
Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53264 of 2019(2) dt.29-08-2019 2/2 the case is pending in connection with G.O. Case No.780 of 2018, arising out of Ashok Paper Mill P.S.Case No.92 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
