Although the petitioner has sought to question the election of the respondent No.9 to the post of Chairman, Jahangirpur Primary Agriculture Credit Cooperative Society inter alia on grounds of infirmity in the voter list but having realized the legal impediment in view of the provisions under Article 14A(6) of the Bihar Cooperative Societies Act and Section 10 of the Bihar State Election Authority Act, learned counsel for the petitioner while not pressing the relief seeks a direction to the Joint Registrar,
Patna High Court CWJC No.20317 of 2014 (2) dt.16-02-2016 2/2 Cooperative Society for expeditious disposal of the Membership Case No. 193 of 2014.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the innocuous prayer advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Joint Registrar, Cooperative Society to consider and dispose of the Membership Case No. 193 of 2014 in accordance with law and after opportunity of hearing to the contesting parties. An early disposal of the case would be appreciated.
