The sole petitioner, who is accused on an accusation of committing rape of informant, apprehending his arrest, has prayed for grant of bail in connection with Darbhanga Mahila P.S. Case No. 96 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. No. 3559 of 2017, registered for the offences under Sections 376/ 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 in the event of his arrest or surrender. Learned counsel for the petitioner tried to persuade the Court that petitioner has falsely been implicated. He further submits that in the case place of occurrence has not been established, however , on going through the F.I.R. it is evident that there is specific accusation by the informant that she was
